We are a wellness center located in the heart of the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area. Health is our focus. We have a team that specializes in smoothies, wellness evaluations, and group activities to help you achieve your health goals!

Every shake has a minimum of 24 grams of protein, is low in carbs, high in fiber, and has no added dairy! Our shakes are designed to be waistline friendly and in the zone. If you require any special ingredients or have any particular restrictions don't hesitate to let one of our coaches know so we can make a shake that is just right for you.
